It is a lovely cottage, and we had a really nice weekend. However, it was not OK that it was so cold when we arrived. The house was not heated at all, so it was not until Saturday morning (we arrived on Friday at 5 p.m.) that there was any heat. There was no radiator in one of the rooms – it was COLD! The kitchen was not equipped with enough crockery, and there was a leak under the sink. There was no speaker, which was a shame. We called customer service about the heating and the speaker and never heard back. Perhaps a small discount would be appropriate, as the first evening was somewhat ruined due to the cold.
