We are Gitte and Jesper and this is our beautiful holiday home and sanctuary by the North Sea. Here at Grønhøj Strand in North Jutland, we enjoy relaxing with family and friends. What we love most is the tranquility, the beautiful undisturbed view of the protected natural area, the dunes, the beautiful sunsets and the proximity to the sea at 600 meters in a straight line from the house. We love to be active with both morning runs by the beach and evening dips in the sea. The beach is beautiful and undisturbed and invites coziness, play, games and activity. If you want more activity, there are mini golf, tennis courts and a golf club nearby.

In our holiday home, there are spaces inside and out to spend time together, but also to find a quiet corner for contemplation. There are cozy terraces facing east, south and west - and space to be - and to move around with the sun or find shade on the hottest sunny days or when enjoying the first rays of spring. Even when the wind blows, there is always a shelter. Both inside and out, there's plenty of space to gather for food, games, fun and activities, and we love to light up the wood-burning stove on chilly days.

Løkken is a half-hour walk along the stand - or 10 minutes by car. We especially enjoy brunch or dinner at Haus HAVs or going for a walk and eating ice cream at Løkken Torv. At Løkken beach there are plenty of opportunities to be active, including SUP and surfing for young and old. We enjoy relaxing over a cup of coffee in the sun and shelter of the small stand oasis, and the atmosphere from the harbor pier is very special when the fishing boats pull the day's catch from the sea.
