Our cabin, Jervehiet, is our sanctuary. When we saw the sunset over the lake we knew this was the place for us. We live in the city and love the peace the cottage gives us. Here there is no traffic or noise, so we can really find peace.
The wolverine den was finished last year, and we are particularly excited about the large kitchen, where we spend a lot of time both cooking and enjoying ourselves together. We love the built-in bench by the dining table, which creates a pleasant and social zone with daybed, reading nook and iPad zone. The cabin has everything we need - from internet (we have a 14-year-old) to a washing machine - but at the same time it is completely quiet and all we hear when we sit down and listen is the sound of birds chirping.
