Holiday home among apple trees near the Baltic Sea

Tanja and Rolf's vacation home, built in 2023, awaits you in the picturesque village of Behrensdorf on the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a garden with old apple trees, you will find a place of peace and closeness to nature. Only natural materials such as solid wood, clay, glass, hemp and seaweed from the immediate surroundings were used for the insulation. Every room is flooded with natural light, while the Scandinavian-inspired interior design makes for a cozy atmosphere.

With an area of 160 m², the house offers enough space for up to six people, including babies and small children. Three bedrooms are available: Two of them are furnished with a cozy box-spring bed, while the third has a sofa bed. The kitchen is modernly equipped and offers plenty of space for culinary evenings together. For fresh regional produce, a visit to the nearby weekly market in Lütjenburg is well worthwhile. The large living room is a very special place at any time of year. The atmospheric evening light floods in through the large sliding glass doors, creating a special atmosphere at any time of year. On cold days, a large wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth. Alternatively, the entire house can also be conveniently heated with the infrared ceiling heating.

A highlight is the high-quality, spacious sauna in the adjoining bathroom, where you can relax after an eventful day. The 70 m² wooden terrace also offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature.

The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities. Take long walks along the beach or through the surrounding woods. Golf enthusiasts will find a first-class golf course nearby, while water sports such as surfing and kitesurfing can also be practiced in the area.
