Downstairs, you will find the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a hybrid wood and pellet fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a wood-burning stove and a large window with mountain views: the ideal place to read, slow down, and immerse yourself in silence.

Outside, you will find a well-kept space with flowers, a vegetable garden, a table, and deck chairs. The typical piota, a slab of local stone, allows you to cook meat, vegetables, or fish directly over the fire. Here, time passes slowly: tending the fire and sipping coffee while admiring the view is part of the experience.

Surrounded by nature, the chalet is the starting point for several hiking trails suitable for all levels. Chiavenna, a Bandiera Arancione village, is only a 20-minute drive away. Don't miss the Acqua Fraggia waterfalls and a trip to Lake Como. Perfect for those who love authentic nature and a slow vacation.

In winter: in case of snow, the last 3 km of the consortium road are not cleared with a snowplow. We will accompany you by car or snowmobile on your arrival and departure (service included, but we do not provide a shuttle service during your stay). From the parking lot, there is a 5-minute walk to the chalet in both summer and winter.
