Are you looking for an authentic alpine experience? This 256 m² luxury chalet welcomes you with a panoramic south-facing view of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Less than 5 minutes from the Sybelles ski area, France's 4th largest ski area, you can enjoy 310 km of easily accessible slopes.

The chalet is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 15 people. There are 3 suites with private bathrooms, 1 double bedroom, and 1 dormitory for 6 people. The large cathedral-style living room with fireplace is bathed in natural light. The private screening room with giant screen completes the space.

Outside, the wood-fired Nordic bath and barrel sauna invite you to relax in the heart of nature. Inside, enjoy billiards, foosball, and the Vespbeer, a beer tap with a free keg for stays of one week or more.

In winter, hit the slopes of Les Sybelles, try ski touring, snowmobiling, or ski paragliding. In summer, go hiking, mountain biking, or e-biking, try canicross, or cycle up legendary mountain passes such as the Col de la Croix de Fer, the Col du Glandon, or the Col de la Madeleine.
