A special piece of history awaits you in this charming former village school, which has been lovingly converted into a spacious vacation home. The barrier-free ground floor, with its 170 square meters, offers an inviting atmosphere with a large fireplace room and open kitchen.
The modern kitchen combines contemporary comfort with nostalgic charm thanks to an authentic wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, while the attic houses three further bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
The spacious natural garden, surrounded by mature trees, invites you to linger. Here you will find numerous places to relax, read, or play. The garden is shared with the guests of the vacation homes opposite, creating a pleasant, communicative atmosphere. Dogs are very welcome here! It is important that your four-legged friend stays reliably by your side and, if necessary, is kept on a leash out of consideration for others. Please do not bring other pets.
Lake Jabel with its bathing and mooring area is just around the corner. The picturesque surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District offer a wide range of excursion possibilities: from boat trips on Lake Müritz to bike tours through the national park.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

I am Geneviève, half French, half Italian, and have found my second home here in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Since 1994, I have wonderful memories of family vacations here. Eight years ago, my husband and I fell in love with the old schoolhouse and renovated it with a lot of love and dedication. Now I look forward to making our guests feel at home here.
