In the villa, you can prepare a fantastic meal in the well-equipped kitchen with chef's knives, two ovens, and a fantastic view.

The private 15,000 square meter grounds are surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset over the countryside while taking a dip in the pool or enjoying a glass of local wine.

You are only a few minutes' walk from the famous Cascina Castlet winery and a short drive from Costigliole d'Asti, where you will find the impressive Barbera castle and several good restaurants. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend on vacation to this villa, but dogs are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or in the pool. The pool is open from Easter until week 42.
