This is where the family gathers and enjoys the view of the trees and the wood-burning stove. The kitchen can be used for cooking, and there's a dishwasher, so there's less to think about after the meal. The family room has large floor-to-ceiling windows from which you can often see hares, deer, pheasants and jays flying around just outside. This creates fun moments for children and adults alike.

The house is surrounded by natural grounds filled with pine trees and wild shrubs. Various berries have also been planted, which slowly reveal themselves in the spring. The garden has both a playhouse and a sandpit to help children pass the time. The house is also well insulated so it can be used in spring, summer, fall and winter. Excursions to the area are also available all year round. Go oyster hunting in the winter, have an ice cream in the ice cream parlor in the summer and watch the nature around you change between the seasons.
