The 180 m² villa comprises a main house and a ground-floor flat, each with its own living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Three bedrooms sleep six guests comfortably. Modern amenities include Smart TVs, fast WiFi, and SMEG appliances. The main house has floor cooling, whilst the flat features air conditioning.
The 1100 m² terraced garden descends through a former olive grove, creating natural play areas among wildflowers. The 10×3.5 m heated pool features a long underwater bench—perfect for taking in the view. A covered terrace with outdoor kitchen provides shade for alfresco dining, whilst the fenced grounds offer privacy.
Wander through Cotignac's cobbled streets to discover more than 10 restaurants and bars, a weekly Provençal market, and charming boutiques. A five-minute woodland walk leads to the 16th-century Notre Dame de Grace chapel. The Mediterranean coast is an hour's drive, with Saint-Tropez and Pampelonne Beach nearby.

Get a full refund if you cancel up until 60 days before check-in.
You may cancel your booking within 48 hours after receiving a booking confirmation or until 60 days before the arrival day for a full refund. Until 30 days before the arrival day, you may cancel for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival day or book 72 hours before the arrival day, you will not be refunded.
