Enjoy beautiful views and sunsets on the charming island of Samsø

Overlooking the wide open spaces of Samsø is this charming wooden cottage. From the terrace you can enjoy the sunsets and watch the sky become a blaze of golden, pink and red hues as corn, grass and flowers sway in the wind in the fields and meadows around you.

There's room for the whole family around the solid plank table in the cottage's bright family room, whether it's for dining, chatting over afternoon coffee, games or creative pursuits. From here you have a fantastic view through the windows that make up almost the entire gable, and it's hard not to get caught up in the changing light and colors of the landscape.

In the blue kitchen, you'll find charming flea market finds and heirlooms, as well as mugs and bowls from the owners' own pottery workshop. The bedrooms are simple, and the white painted walls and patterned textiles create a lovely calm atmosphere. On the cottage's terraces you can soak up the sun, read, play and spend slow afternoons in each other's company after an excursion on beautiful Samsø or a refreshing swim at the beach, which is just a short stroll from the cottage. There is underfloor heating in the house and annex.
