The private south-facing terrace invites you to relax outdoors with its comfortable garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the mountain sun.

The vacation home is located in the old artisan quarter, on the edge of the historic center of Chiavenna. In just a minute, you can sip a cappuccino at Sierra Nevada Caffè or enjoy an aperitif at Bar Vicini. A short walk away are Parco Paradiso and Parco Marmitte dei Giganti for easy hiking. Chiavenna offers excellent restaurants, boutiques, and endless opportunities for outdoor activities, as well as cultural treasures such as Palazzo Vertemate and the monastery of San Lorenzo.
