Are you looking for a unique vacation experience? The former caretaker's house is located in the heart of the estate and offers three bedrooms for four adults and two children (2x double bed and 2x single bed on the 1st floor). Ideal for families or friends. On the first floor is the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious and lovingly furnished living/dining area, which also has great historical value. The back wall is formed by the over 2000-year-old Roman water pipe, which once brought water from the Eifel to Cologne.

The 6-hectare outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and linger. Enjoy the peace and beauty of nature while you take a break from your everyday life.

The house is ideally located for hiking and cycling tours. The Roman hiking trail leads along the historic water pipeline all the way to Cologne. The location in the middle of nature offers the best conditions for working in peace and with full concentration. There is no WLAN or television in this accommodation.

Hello, we are a family of seven from three generations living on this 6ha estate. We try to live as self-sufficiently as possible, with our 2000sqm fruit and vegetable garden, our own well, log heating, solar energy and future plans for hydroelectric power. We live in the main house of the estate and are usually there to answer your questions. But don't worry, we will leave you in peace unless you are looking for contact or have questions or suggestions. We look forward to welcoming you!
