In a lovely area of beautiful Falster, you'll find a small Kalmar holiday home perfect for a small family. Every corner of the cottage is functionally utilized and the interior design creates a living space for relaxation.

Inside, the kitchen, dining room and living room are well connected. There is space for family activities, board games and relaxation. Even if you're in the kitchen, you're part of the conversation happening at the dining table or on the sofa. When the days get colder or the mood needs to be set, you can light the wood-burning stove and with the view of the lawn, trees and the tall reeds in the garden, the pace slows down all by itself.

The two small bedrooms are decorated in calm colors and create an atmosphere reminiscent of idyllic beach hotels. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a standard single bed and a cot. In the annex, built in the same style, there are two larger double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The annex feels connected to the house because the large terrace creates a link between the two houses.
