Incredibly cosy Kalmar-summer house close to the beach

In a lovely area on the beautiful island of Falster, you'll find a small Kalmar holiday home perfect for a small family. Here, every nook and cranny of the cottage is functionally utilized and the interior design creates a living space for relaxation.

Inside, the kitchen, dining room and living room are well connected. There is space for family activities, board games and relaxation. Even if you're in the kitchen, you're part of the conversation taking place at the dining table or on the sofa. When the days get colder or you want to set the mood, you can light up the wood-burning stove and with the view of the lawn, trees and tall reeds in the garden, the pace slows down naturally.

The two small bedrooms are decorated in calm colors and create an atmosphere reminiscent of idyllic seaside hotels. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a regular single bed and a cot. In the annex, which is built in the same style, there are two larger double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The annex feels connected to the house because the large terrace creates a link between the two houses.

The gable of the cottage facing the garden has floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the large wooden terrace. The espresso machine brews the morning coffee, which can be enjoyed under the canopy to the morning chirping of the birds.
