We're a travel-loving family from Oslo who have grown very fond of the Helgeland coast - and Træna in particular. When we built the cabin, it was important for us to create a cozy place - with nice architecture and take in the beautiful view. That's why we have large windows, so we can enjoy the surroundings in all weathers.
Our cabin consists of three unique cabins designed by the architectural firm Vardehaugen and made of solid wood. It's a place where many people can enjoy a trip together, while at the same time having the opportunity to retreat and relax separately. The cabins were exhibition models at the Oslo Design Fair before being given a new lease of life in beautiful Træna on the Helgeland coast.
"When we're at the cabin, Sanna, which is perhaps Norway's finest hiking island, is somewhere we like to be. There are lots of great hiking opportunities in the area, and it's perfect to use the cabin as a base for various trips on the Helgeland coast - such as to Lovund and Myken.
