Peace among pines in West Sea gem

In the old fishing village of Lønstrup, on a cozy little cottage road close to the North Sea, lies the beautiful architect-designed cottage Perlen. Here, family or friends are invited to enjoy the laid-back vacation life on the large plot with the secluded garden surrounded by greenery.

The architect-designed cottage by Axel Jürgensen was originally built in 1984, but has been carefully renovated to create a fine balance between the original details and modern updates. In several of the rooms, the staircases and changing levels form cozy nooks and give the house lots of character. Enjoy a quiet moment in one of the bamboo chairs in the living room, or challenge each other to a game of darts or billiards in the large, bright orangery.

There is always something pretty to look at in the beautiful garden. Conifers, rhododendrons and other greenery grow up around you, creating a peaceful oasis.

Follow the sun during the day on the various terraces, enjoy the shade under the awning and light up the fire pit when darkness falls. If you fancy an ice cream cone, a bite to eat or a cold beer, you can stroll into Lønstrup in 10 minutes and experience the town's many galleries and art workshops. The car-free beach is also just a short walk from the house.
