Loft above the rooftops of Chiavenna

Above the rooftops of Chiavenna, a bright attic apartment awaits you on the third and top floor of our vacation home, perfect for 4 people. The large panoramic windows offer spectacular views of the mountains, while the spacious south-facing balcony with deck chairs and the small terrace with outdoor furniture invite you to relax in the sun.

The open-plan living and dining area features a comfortable sofa and an original dining table made by a local designer. The fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and pellet stove with glass panels on three sides creates a cozy atmosphere. The master bedroom has a LAGO suspended bed, while the second, smaller bedroom offers a sofa bed with spring mattress that can be used by 1-2 people. The bathroom with natural light includes a separate shower, toilet, and bidet.

Our vacation home is located in the old artisan quarter, on the edge of the historic center of Chiavenna. In just a minute, you can enjoy your cappuccino at Sierra Nevada Caffè or have an aperitif at Bar Vicini. An easy walk takes you through Parco Paradiso.

Chiavenna offers excellent restaurants, boutiques, and endless opportunities for outdoor activities. Culture lovers will appreciate Palazzo Vertemate or the monastery of San Lorenzo. You can start with an easy first hike through the Marmitte dei Giganti Park.
