Welcome to this historic gem from 1930, located right on the water. This lovingly restored beach house combines historic charm with modern comfort and offers you private access to the lake on a 700-square-meter property that includes a sauna.

The open-concept living space is thoughtfully designed: The couch serves as a cozy sleeping area, and the fully equipped kitchen features a microwave with a grill function and dishes for six people. The toilet is separated by a curtain, and the outdoor shower provides you with warm water. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are, of course, provided.

Your private sauna and wooden deck with lake views invite you to relax. Enjoy the sunset on the swing chair or the sun loungers. In winter, underfloor heating and a fireplace provide cozy warmth—firewood is provided free of charge. Two-thirds of the property is available for your exclusive use.

Please note that an additional fee of €10 per day applies for use of the sauna.

In 30 minutes, you can reach the center of Potsdam with its cafés and sights. Berlin is about a 40-minute drive away. The surrounding area is perfect for hikes through the Döberitzer Heide or the Königswald. After a walk through the forest, homemade cake awaits you at Hannes Café in Gatow.
