The farm is listed, but renovated in the original style from the 1930s, so all original details inside and out have been beautifully preserved. Everywhere here exudes historical charm and with no electricity, the presence is brought out. Light the candles, fire up the wood-burning stove and slow down together.
Behind the farm you have free access to the undisturbed nature of West Jutland. Explore the trees, cook together in the outdoor kitchen or take a hot shower under the solar-heated outdoor shower and feel the calmness sink into your body. If it gets too cool in the evening, you can pull the long table into the barn and let the chatter flow until dusk with a view of the almost hundred-year-old rafters.
You can also visit the architectural bunker museum Tirpitz, go to the beach and jump in the waves at the North Sea or go on an excursion to Denmark's westernmost point, Blåvandshuk Lighthouse, and enjoy the view over the dunes.

My name is Anna Cecilie and I inherited the farm from my father. I now own it with my husband, Peter, and we come here every summer with our four children, Balder, Idun, Embla and Victor, and a lot of our friends.
Most of the farm has been newly renovated from 2022 with respect for the history of the farm and all the preservation-worthy details from the 1930s. Here the farm transitioned from being an active farm to a rental for Blåvand's less well-off. It was here that Karetmageren from Oksbøl inherited the farm and rebuilt it so that it could accommodate three families - each with their own living room and small kitchen, and a modern bathroom was established for sharing in the area between the stable and barn building. The farm is thus divided into Aftægtsboligen, B's section, which is the middle part of the house, and Østlejligheden, which is the old main house.
When we are here we very often go to the beach, of which there are several good ones in Blåvand. Blåvand Lighthouse is also a favorite destination or the scenic Kallesmærskhede, the protected plantation, Hennemølleå, and Blåbjerg Klitplantage.
Many guests experience that when you replace the modern setting with a more simple one, suddenly other and sometimes a little closer forms of togetherness can arise. And that is exactly what we are looking forward to passing on.

You are free to cancel bookings within 48 hours after receiving a booking confirmation or until 30 days before the agreed time of arrival for a full refund. Until 14 days before the agreed time of arrival, you can cancel for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the agreed time of arrival you will not be refunded.
