Welcome to our renovated stone house in the Montagne Noire, where original fireplaces and wooden floors meet modern wellness. You'll find a swimming pool, pétanque court, and two friendly pygmy goats who love attention. The large kitchen has a fireplace for grilling steaks or roasting chestnuts.

The house has kept its historic character through careful renovation. Original stone walls, wooden floors, and multiple fireplaces create warmth throughout. The spacious kitchen becomes the heart of the home, especially when the fireplaces are lit and cooking aromas fill the air.

The sprawling garden offers something for everyone: a vegetable patch, orchard, flower beds, ping pong table, and pétanque court alongside the pool and wellness area. Andros and Allium, our pygmy goats, are gentle companions who'll happily join you for garden time.

Hiking trails start from your door through forests dotted with stone walls and abandoned houses. Drive 15 minutes to the impressive Gouffre de Cabrespine cave or the lake. The Passerelle de Mazamet suspension bridge leads to mediaeval Hautpoul, whilst Carcassonne's UNESCO site awaits 40 minutes away.
