House with Orba valley views near Denia

The house is located in the Spanish village of Sanet y Negrals, at the foot of the Montesano mountain. Here you can enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year and a pleasant microclimate: in summer there is a sea breeze, and in winter the temperatures are mild. From the house you have breathtaking views over the Orba valley with its villages, orange and almond trees.

The house has two floors with three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, and ice machine. In the living room, you will find a fireplace, smart TV with Dutch channels and Netflix, and Sonos speakers. The dining room opens onto the covered terrace with views of the valley.

The lower terrace has an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, four sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. On the side terrace, you can use the gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying the evenings in the shade. There is parking for three cars: two under a carport with an automatic gate and one next to the main entrance.

A six-minute walk takes you to the center of Sanet y Negrals with a bakery, butcher, and weekly market. The Portal de la Marina shopping center is less than a ten-minute drive away. Denia is fifteen minutes away: a city with a marina, eight kilometers of beach, and nightlife. Jávea and its coves are half an hour away.
