Charming sanctuary that oozes of summer and relaxation

On scenic Mols, this classic cottage is located in a lovely holiday area surrounded by sea, nature and lots of experiences for all ages and moods. The family has made a virtue of preserving the charm with which the house was born in 1969, so you will be greeted by the desire to settle down and enjoy each other's company.

The summerhouse is relaxed and brightly decorated, where the sense of togetherness shines through both at the large, soft corner sofa and at the dining area with its beating benches and chairs so you can gather as many people as possible, whether it's over a meal or a game of board games. Whatever the weather, the living room's panoramic windows bring nature and light inside. The kitchen is small but functional where togetherness is the focus, partly due to the washing up being done by hand. There are two bedrooms in the house, and then there is an annex at the bottom of the garden which is quite adventurously hidden behind bushes and trees. There is space for two people who would like a room to themselves. The summer house is best suited for the warmer months, but there is a wood-burning stove available in the house.

On the undisturbed and enclosed plot, plenty of places have been created for you to settle down, both in the garden and on various terraces; one facing south, one in the courtyard to the north where you can barbecue in the evening sun and one on the east side where you can enjoy the morning sun. The garden offers its own version of a pantry in the form of various berries, rhubarb, herbs. To top it off, the old kitchen garden has been transformed into a 'Wild at Will' with the intention of creating a beautiful flower meadow.

Enjoy the beautiful view and the few minutes walk to the absolutely stunning sandy beach. The area also offers many walking and running trails, including Jernhatten where there is a view of the Kattegat at the top. Within cycling distance is Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri and Mols Bjerge with its exquisite scenery, both for walking and running and for those who love to mountain bike. Not far from the cottage you will also find Ebeltoft town which is incredibly charming both in the pedestrian street with the topped cobblestones, quirky half-timbered buildings, the harbour with the fishing boats and restaurants, but also at Maltfabrikken which is the town's cultural focal point in summer with music and street food.
