The outdoor area is equally impressive with a cozy boathouse and associated floating dock. The west wall of the boathouse can be opened completely, so you can sit around the long table and enjoy the evening sun and the sound of crashing waves. The location invites you to engage in activities such as rod fishing and morning swims directly from the jetty.

The area around the house is an eldorado for hikers, with direct paths to Årsteinen and Dronningvarden, among others. The Risvær archipelago can be explored by kayak or small boat, and don't forget the opportunity to see the Northern Lights in winter. There's always something to experience here!
