Welcome to your retreat in idyllic Leipe, right on the river. This lovingly restored country house combines modern comfort with rustic charm and offers you the perfect base for a relaxing break in the Spreewald. You can also book the luxurious and exclusive sauna house located directly on the property.
The house extends over two floors, each measuring 70 m². Upstairs, you will find an open loft concept with a freestanding bed, freestanding bathtub, and lounge. Downstairs, there is a kitchen-diner, a separate bedroom with bathroom, and a large conservatory with a fireplace that leads directly onto the terrace.
The approximately 400 m² property is located directly on the Spree arm and offers you your own boat dock. Protected from view by hedges, you can enjoy complete privacy. Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the house, and the quiet access road connects you to the network of cycling and hiking trails.
Just 50 m away, you can rent paddle boats and explore the Spreewald from the water. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The direct connection to the extensive network of cycling and hiking trails invites you to take trips into the picturesque surroundings.
Due to the special location directly on the water and the design of the house, we warmly welcome little explorers aged 8 and above.
