My name is Pernille and I am 55 years. I am married to Søren, who is a project manager, and together we have our daughter Nina, 27, and Jesper, 25. Both have flown the nest, but fortunately they often come to visit, and together we enjoy the nature around the farm. I have a big heart for animals, and I also like gardening, giving old furniture soul again and sewing in the winter - for example, I have sewn the big pojagi curtains here in our B&B. In the main building I have a small hairdressing salon where I look after my loyal regulars part-time. When Søren needs to relax, it's mainly in the workshop where he restores old English sports cars. In the summer we enjoy an evening drive in our old MG sports car, so if you visit us in an old classic car there is a garage ready for you.
We have a Bed & Breakfast because we love being hosts and taking care of our guests - we prefer to call it Bed & Kitchen though, because we don't offer breakfast in the courtyard, but instead have set up a lovely kitchen with everything you need.
We love to go for walks in the beautiful nature of the area and to go for a swim on the beach. The harbour town of Juelsminde is also super cosy with lots of shops and a lovely harbour with a fishmonger, restaurants and an ice cream parlour. Both the beached Kirkholm at As Vig and the bay towards Juelsminde are within cycling and walking distance. There are also several beaches inside Juelsminde.
