In the spacious 55 m² living and dining area, you can light the fireplace to make it even cozier on cold days. The panoramic window gives you a wonderful view of the terrace and the natural garden. On the upper floor, which is furnished with cozy, whitewashed wooden floorboards, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also an inviting alcove (140x200cm) in the hallway.
In the 1,000 m² garden you can enjoy the immediacy of nature and the vastness of the landscape to the full - in summer you can often see cows in the fields next to the house. You can take a walk across the meadows directly from the house. After a long excursion, you will find a place to relax in the shared sauna (can be used by the other half of the house). On chilly days, you can relax in this cozy retreat and enjoy the view through the panoramic window.

My name is Martje and together with my husband Olaf I live in North Friesland. When an old workers' cottage in our neighborhood came up for sale 10 years ago, we decided to renovate it. Sustainability and the use of high-quality materials were particularly important to us, with the aim of bringing out the original character of the two halves of the house. Over the years, we collected furnishings with character and renovated the house with a lot of love and passion.
