We are a family of two adults and two 13-year-old children. We use "Stasjonen", which is what we call the cabin, most weekends throughout the year. At "Stasjonen" we find peace and quiet and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cabin is a listed train station and some elements from when trains used to run are preserved.
The kids love jumping on the trampoline or playing badminton. We often go up to the forest where there are great hiking opportunities. In winter, we go skiing, go ice fishing and make bread on the fire. In the summer, we go for walks on our feet or take it easy on one of the many huts.
The cabin is a place we've grown to love and it means a lot to us. Now we look forward to having guests visit us when we're not using the cabin, and we'd like to extend a warm welcome to you!
