Pump solutions are located inside the cabin, and you have to heat the water yourself, as only cold water is available from the pumps. It is about 250 meters to walk from the parking lot to the cabin, and you get the real cabin feeling when you head out to the classic Norwegian outhouse! We are Jaymie and Ernst, an international couple from the US and Norway who love nature. We love activity and the outdoors, no matter the season, especially climbing. We have grown very fond of this cabin, and it's a place we go to both to get closer to nature and to unwind. What we like most is that the cabin is located in a quiet area, without neighbors. Here you can get real peace and quiet.
Take the summit hike to Lifjell or explore the alpine slopes at Lifjell ski center. Visit the Torilstul café after a long day on the slopes for some delicious, fresh waffles. We look forward to welcoming you to our cabin and hope you have many magical experiences here.
