We felt right at home in this beautiful vacation home from the very first moment. The house is lovingly furnished in a cozy country style and has a very special, homey atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. We were particularly impressed by the great amenities: It really had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. And if anything was missing, it was provided without any hassle. We also really liked the location—quiet and just a short walk from the ocean. For us, it was an all-around wonderful stay, and we would book this vacation home again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the wonderful time—we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the garden. There are neighbors, but you can’t hear or see them because the garden provides good privacy. Our child loved all the great toys, and we loved the well-equipped kitchen. It was just a short walk to the ocean, and there’s a boardwalk over the rocks.

Villa Isabella was a dreamy place to stay, very close to Perugia. We were there at the end of August, and the weather was wonderful. We didn’t even need the air conditioning, which is available in three of the five bedrooms. The villa offers plenty of space even outside the many bedrooms. There are so many beautiful terraces and places to sit that you can always find a quiet spot to relax. Right from the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Isabella and Andrea, we immediately felt right at home. They’re incredibly helpful and were always quick to answer any questions we had! Inside the house, too, all the essentials were already there to get us started in our vacation home. So we didn’t have to head out right away to go shopping! A very well-maintained house in a pleasant, quiet setting. The house is very spacious and tastefully decorated in a harmonious style, and the kitchen is superbly equipped. For children, there is a playground, a tennis court, and a space for ball games in the immediate vicinity. You can quickly walk to the dunes and enjoy a lovely stroll along the beach.

★★★★★ A beautiful summer house with a very special charm We had a wonderful and very relaxing time at Morten and Helene’s summer house. The house is architecturally stunning, yet by no means cold—on the contrary: it’s very cozy, incredibly well-designed, and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly thrilled by the stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The beach is just a few steps away from the house. It’s mostly rocky, but the water is crystal clear and the coastline is beautifully unspoiled. The property itself is also a highlight: plenty of space, peace, and privacy, plus numerous opportunities to spend time outdoors—for example, around a campfire. The location is wonderfully quiet, and you really feel like you’re in the middle of nature. It was a special experience for us to even spot a porpoise very close to the shore. The kitchen is superbly equipped. In addition to the usual cooking utensils, basic items like oil, spices, sugar, flour, etc., were also provided—which is especially nice in a vacation home and makes settling in much easier. Communication with Morten and Helene was always straightforward, friendly, and prompt. Whenever we had questions or concerns, both were very easy to reach and helpful. We—and our children—really enjoyed our vacation at the summer house. We’d come back anytime if the opportunity arises, and we can recommend the house to anyone looking for peace and quiet, nature, ocean views, and a unique architectural home away from home. The house was lovely, clean and in a very nice area. We loved especially the garden with all the places to sit and relax or eat and the outdoor heater. Also, it is near (15-20min walking) to the center, beach and harbour.
