Walser cabin with rock SPA and Monte Rosa views

This Walser hut is an ancient dwelling dating back to the 1500s, carefully restored using stone and wood. Here, in the hamlet of Ronco, you will find a private spa with sauna, herbal tea room, and heated magnesium salt pool, carved into the rock with views of Monte Rosa.

The hut is spread over three levels: in the old barn you will find the living area with kitchen and living room, an alcove bedroom on the mezzanine and a bathroom. On the middle floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the lower floor, the old stable houses the spa with a relaxation area and indoor-outdoor swimming pool.

The hamlet of Ronco can be reached via an ancient footpath. This Walser village dating back to 1300 has retained its authenticity, far from traffic and noise. The fountain next to the hut provides fresh spring water. It is a 4-5 minute walk uphill from the car park to the hut.

The Monterosa Ski Freeride Paradise awaits you for skiing, while hiking trails start right next to the hut. A short distance away: rafting on the Sesia River, the Sacro Monte di Varallo Sesia UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lake Orta, and Lake Maggiore. Restaurants such as Zam Tachji and Montagna di Luce complete the experience.
