Welcome to our beautiful cottage, which seems to come straight out of a fairy tale with its wooden facade and half-timbered decorations. With spacious common areas and extensive gardens, our country estate offers the perfect setting for your next family vacation or getaway with friends.
The stately home on the estate houses a total of 3 units. Two of the apartments are connected by the well-equipped country kitchen and dining and fireplace rooms and are offered here together. The private bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Each of the rooms is individually designed and furnished with selected furniture, which emphasizes the character of the historical house. A total of 8 people can find sleeping accommodation in the three rooms. The two bathrooms each have their own shower and tub and are a sight to behold with their designer flooring of poured concrete with epoxy finish. If required, the suite can be booked separately as a 3rd unit.
The spacious garden and sunny terrace offers room to linger while your friends prepare meals in the covered outdoor kitchen. The adjacent, private forest of the estate invites you to explore for young and old. From the estate you can also experience adventures on foot, by mountain bike or on the back of a horse of your hostess. In the evening you can end the day at the fireplace or enjoy the warmth of the hidden community sauna. A special highlight in summer is a visit to the famous Karl May Festival or the adventure forest in Trappenkamp.

Hello, I am Maria. Together with my husband I found this stately manor in 2021 and made it our personal idyll. Our favorite place is the small fireplace room with a view into the garden and the meter-high rhododendrons - a magical place in every season. From the beginning, we wanted to share this special place with others - because happiness is when you share it. As a qualified horse behavior trainer, I am looking forward to taking you on a ride with our well-trained horses through the magical landscape of Holstein Switzerland. If you like, you can also bring your own horse (up to three horses).
