My name is Lise and I own Thorsø Herregård in Fredrikstad with my husband Gustav. The history of the manor house stretches back over 500 years, and has been in Gustav's family for many generations. The manor consists of several houses, and we want our guests to experience a little taste of the manor when they visit "Værket", which is the part of the farm where we receive guests.
In the area around Thorsø Herregård there are many great hiking areas and swimming spots. You can also take a drive to the popular Old Town in Fredrikstad to get a taste of even more history.
