This charming cottage offers breathtaking views of Lake Simlången from every window. The hilltop location gives you a panoramic view of the water and your own private island, which you can easily explore on foot through the shallows or with the cottage's rowboat.

The cabin's interior is thoughtfully designed with attention to quality and detail. The well-insulated house maintains a comfortable temperature all year round thanks to an air-to-air heat pump. The kitchen offers a cozy dining area with a bench and chairs for seven people, while the living room invites you to relax with a leather sofa, daybed and several comfortable chairs.

Two terraces allow you to follow the sun all day - one with morning sun and one with FERMOB furniture for six people plus two low armchairs for relaxing. At the lakeside you'll find a sauna and fire pit, perfect for cozy moments under the stars.

You're in the middle of the Halland wilderness with direct access to the bathing lake and only 800 meters to a public bathing jetty. The area offers marked hiking trails in nature reserves where you can experience the historic Danska Fallet. For anglers, Simlången is a known paradise and with a fishing license you can try your luck in the lake. There is a road a short distance from the house where you can also easily get into town if desired.
