Thatched-roof house at Stettiner Haff
Kamminke

Pets allowed
You will find peace and quiet in this thatched cottage built in 2007 in the fishing village of Kamminke – right on the Szczecin Lagoon, surrounded by nature and only a 5-minute walk from the beach. The 103 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people and stands on a completely fenced plot of 540 m². Here you can experience Usedom far away from the hustle and bustle of the imperial spas.
Inside, you will find Scandinavian country house style with maritime flair: a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and your own sauna, which is directly connected to a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Underfloor heating and fiber optic WiFi ensure comfort in all rooms. Upstairs, another bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower as well as a view of nature invites you to relax.
In the garden, you will find a dining table for 6 people, a barbecue, sun loungers, Acapulco chairs, and a Frisian bench. Badminton and Kubb are available, and bicycles can be stored under cover. The fenced property is ideal for families – a sandpit for the little ones will be added in spring 2026. Free public parking is available directly at the house.
The Feininger Cycle Route passes right by the front door and invites you to explore the hinterland. The imperial spas of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are 15 km away. In Kamminke itself, you can enjoy regional cuisine at the Haffblick restaurant and fresh fish at Klönsnack – with a beer garden, live music, and sunsets over the lagoon.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

We are Jenny and Arndt Apitz, and we discovered this house in the summer of 2025 as our dream project. Usedom is more than just a place for us—it is our childhood, our retreat, and our second home. With three children and a grandchild, we know what families need.
