Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the entire house with light, while two glass fireplaces provide cozy warmth. The open floor plan harmoniously connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

Three country-style bedrooms with real wood furniture offer you a restful night's sleep. There are two bathrooms: one with a freestanding bathtub and walk-in rain shower, the other with a walk-in rain shower. A cozy reading corner invites you to browse through books, while the conservatory creates additional space to relax.

The spacious garden is lined with mature trees and offers three terraces and a shaded seating area. Here you can barbecue or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. A natural swimming pool, tennis courts, and a playground are within walking distance.

Located on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath, you can quickly reach Heidepark Soltau, the Soltau thermal baths, or Walsrode Bird Park. Well-signposted bike paths invite you to go on tours. Special extra: You can use the natural swimming pool all day from May to September, even outside the official opening hours.
