When you step inside, you'll encounter the full palette of pastel colours and a décor of fine second-hand finds with a personal touch. There's room for the kids on every front with a nice kids room and plenty of floor space in the living room for both car tracks, indoor kids camping and family time with board games. A small craft table in the corner is perfect for all sorts of creative crafts, and the kitchen is perfect for the smell of pancakes as the play goes on. In the cottage there are no doors because cottage time equals social time, except of course for when you're going for a walk on the cottage.
The large garden doors bathe the living rooms in light on sunny days, and the large terrace around the house and the large plot invite you to trampoline jump, have a bonfire or perhaps lunch under the open sky with some greens from the kitchen garden. Not far from the cottage you will find Ulvshale Beach and if you are looking for nature experiences in a class of its own, the short trip to Nyord is definitely something for you.

Our names are Trine and Janus, and we live in an apartment in Copenhagen with our two small children. We bought the cottage in 2020 and have since renovated it ourselves from top to bottom. It is our sanctuary. It's where we go to unwind, be close to nature, get sunshine through the windows and do things inside and out that we don't get to do in our busy lives.
Everything is on our doorstep. We wander the local area, go for walks and runs, and experience. We especially love the Tuesday market in Stege town all summer, lunch at Vila Huno followed by a walk to Møns Klint, Bogø Brød where there is often live music and then Muldiverset restaurant and lunch place is just unique. If we're going on a trip with the kids, Møn ice cream and farmhouse are always worth a visit.
