This late 19th-century farmhouse combines original architecture with modern comforts. Guests can enjoy an infinity pool with solarium, a park of centuries-old olive trees, holm oaks, and pines on 10 private hectares, and a country chic style that creates the perfect atmosphere for family events or rejuvenating vacations for up to 19 people.

Eight rooms, three sofa beds, and seven bathrooms offer space for everyone. Upstairs, a pergola-covered terrace offers views of the countryside. The living room with dining area and kitchen opens onto the large covered patio, where tables and chairs invite you to enjoy al fresco dining and convivial moments with a good wine.

The 10-hectare grounds feature fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden where you can help yourself. Among the centuries-old olive trees, holm oaks, and pines, you will find spaces to read and relax, while the pool solarium is perfect for enjoying the Apulian sun.

The beaches of Otranto, Alimini, and Baia dei Turchi are just a few minutes away for a dip in the crystal-clear sea. Baroque Lecce, white Ostuni, UNESCO World Heritage Site Otranto, and historic Gallipoli are ideal destinations for day trips. Upon request, we organize cooking classes, wine tastings, and boat tours.
