Wooden house close to nature near Røsnæs

You can look forward to a red wooden house with large windows that let in plenty of light and views of the sea on two sides. You can enjoy the sunset over the fields from the sofa or while doing the dishes. The new wood-burning stove spreads warmth and creates a pleasant indoor climate when lit.

Inside, you will find the yellow and blue rooms – named after the colors of the end walls. Both bedrooms have been freshly painted, and bunk beds with new mattresses are ready in the blue room. In the living room, you can gather around the large dining table, which has room for both puzzles and dinner preparations. The bathroom has been newly renovated with tiles on the floor and in the shower.

The garden offers wild areas where the grass grows freely and flowers plant themselves every year. Follow the grass paths to the climbing tree, the swings, or up to the plateau – the house's absolute favorite. Here you can drink your morning coffee, cook on the fire pit, sunbathe, or watch the ships on the sea. The terrace below is always sheltered, while the covered terrace on the opposite side of the house invites you to enjoy the sunset and the view of the fields.

Just outside the property, a path leads you 400 meters down to the water with a bathing jetty and pebble beach. In the other direction, you will find the forest and the Nature School with a café, nature playground, and animals. The dirt road leads you to hiking trails along cliffs, beaches, and forests. Røsnæs Harbor is 6 kilometers away with sandy beaches and an activity center.
