18th-century renovated barn in Vendée

This cottage, housed in an early 18th-century stone barn, combines heritage and modernity. The original materials have been carefully preserved and reused: the oak staircase, the cabinet doors made from old shutters, all complemented by contemporary industrial-style decor.

The ground floor, which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, includes an open-plan kitchen-living room with sofas, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large modular hallway. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and televisions, as well as a large landing offering additional space.

Enjoy your private terrace with views of the garden and the surrounding valley. The shared swimming pool is heated in June and September. You can stroll through the two-hectare garden and visit the horses if you wish.
