Charming thatched-roof house, between the Baltic Sea and Schlei

The Reetdachkate (that's the name of the secluded country houses in Friesland and the north) is idyllically located between Damp and Eckernförde, surrounded by three other small thatched houses. The location is particularly beautiful, on the one hand quiet and secluded and yet close to the tourist center of Damp with a wide range of leisure activities.

The house was renovated in 2020/21, but has lost none of its historic charm. Old beams, the old brick floor, the original doors and the dreamlike antique fireplace give the vacation home its rural-rustic charm.

The house can accommodate a total of 4 people in two bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is suitable for families with two children - crib and a high chair are available - or for smaller groups looking for nature and tranquility. The interior in rustic country style exudes coziness, in addition to a lot of personality, especially through the cozy seating and the fireplace stove in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and on the terrace in the garden you can enjoy hours together with an unobstructed view of the greenery. For children there is also a swing, toys and all sorts of things to discover in the area. The beach of Damp can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by bike.
