The villa features 10 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Seven bedrooms are located in caves that maintain a constant temperature year-round, ensuring a perfect rest without the need for air conditioning. The remaining three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The outdoor area features a spectacular pool with lounge chairs, a jacuzzi with panoramic views, a barrel sauna nestled among vineyards, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a porch to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The jewel of the property is its cave spa with a heated indoor pool, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and Turkish bath.
