Competition Terms and Conditions
The Landfolk × LEGO®: Building Unforgettable Moments competition (“Competition”) is organized and administered by Landfolk A/S (“Landfolk”), in collaboration with The LEGO Group.
The LEGO Group has kindly contributed LEGO products to the Competition. Notwithstanding this collaboration, the Competition is legally operated by Landfolk.
Accordingly, The LEGO Group bears no legal responsibility or liability in relation to the organization, administration, execution of the Competition, or the awarding or fulfillment of prizes. Any questions, claims, or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to Landfolk.
By participating in the Competition, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
The Competition
The Competition runs from 1 April 2026 until 31 August 2026, both days inclusive (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
To enter the Competition, you must:
- stay in a holiday home that is part of the LEGO Collection during the Competition Period;
- create a LEGO build inspired by a moment from your stay; and
- upload a photo of your LEGO build, along with accompanying information about the build, via Landfolk’s platform in accordance with the provided instructions.
Participation is voluntary. While a stay in a selected LEGO Collection home is required to enter, there is no additional fee to participate in the Competition itself.
Exception: Landfolk hosts whose holiday home is part of the LEGO Collection may also participate during the Competition Period without making a booking or completing a stay as a guest. Hosts must otherwise comply with the same submission requirements described above.

The Competition

- create a LEGO build inspired by a moment from your stay; and
- upload a photo of your LEGO build, along with accompanying information about the build, via Landfolk’s platform in accordance with the provided instructions.

Who can participate?
To participate in the Competition, you must:
- be 18 years of age or older (as the person submitting the entry, on behalf of yourself and/or any minors involved); and
- be a legal resident of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom.
Employees of Landfolk, The LEGO Group, and members of their respective households are not eligible to participate.
To participate in the Competition, you must:
- be 18 years of age or older (as the person submitting the entry, on behalf of yourself and/or any minors involved); and
- be a legal resident of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom.
Employees of Landfolk, The LEGO Group, and members of their respective households are not eligible to participate.
Entries
Each entry must be the participant’s own original work.
Entries must not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. Landfolk reserves the right to reject or remove entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Prizes
Main Prize
One (1) main prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- a Landfolk stay gift card with a value of €3,500; and
- special LEGO surprises with a value of €1,800.
The main prize winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The Landfolk gift card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and can be used for any booking on landfolk.com. If the booking exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid by the winner.
Landfolk will arrange for the LEGO prize to be shipped to a postal address provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Landfolk assumes no responsibility for delays, loss, or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Monthly Highlights
In addition to the main prize, three (3) entries will be selected each month during the Competition Period as “Monthly Highlights.” The selected entries may be featured on the Landfolk website (including the campaign page) and may also be showcased across Landfolk’s and LEGO’s digital channels, including but not limited to social media platforms and newsletters.
Each Monthly Highlight will receive a LEGO surprise box.
The monthly highlights:
- are selected by Landfolk;
- are not selected by random draw; and
- have no influence on the selection of the main prize winner.
All valid entries, including those highlighted monthly, remain eligible for the random draw for the main prize.
Main Prize

The winner of the main prize will be selected by random draw and contacted directly via the email address provided at the time of entry.
If the winner does not respond within 30 days, Landfolk reserves the right to select a new winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Landfolk and The LEGO Group publishing the winner’s first name and entry in connection with the Competition (e.g., on Landfolk’s website, newsletter, and social media along with The LEGO Group’s website, newsletter, and social media).
The winner of the main prize will be selected by random draw and contacted directly via the email address provided at the time of entry.

Rights to Submitted Material
By uploading one or more photos and accompanying descriptive information as part of the Competition, participants grant Landfolk A/S a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license, without time limitation, to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, translate, distribute, display, and share the submitted material, in whole or in part, in any media format, for promotional, marketing, editorial, and communication purposes related to the Competition and similar brand storytelling activities.
This includes, but is not limited to, use on:
- websites
- newsletters
- social media platforms
- campaign pages
- digital and physical exhibitions
- presentations and marketing materials
- print materials
Participants acknowledge that the submitted material may be edited, cropped, reformatted, or combined with other content for design or communication purposes, provided that such use remains respectful and in context. By participating in the Competition, participants further acknowledge and agree that their submitted entry may be published and shared by Landfolk in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Participants confirm that:
- they are the original creator and rights holder of the submitted material;
- all individuals appearing in the image have given their consent to its use; and
- for any minors appearing in the image, consent has been given by a parent or legal guardian.
Participants are encouraged to avoid submitting images that prominently feature identifiable minors. Where such images are submitted, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate parental or guardian consent has been obtained.
Participants may request removal of their submitted material at any time by contacting hello@landfolk.com. Landfolk will use reasonable efforts to remove the material from its owned digital platforms where feasible. Removal does not affect prior lawful use.

You also consent to receiving emails from Landfolk with inspiration, offers, and information about holiday homes. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting hello@landfolk.com.
Landfolk processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
To participate in the Competition, you must provide your full name and email address. By submitting this information, you consent to Landfolk registering and processing your personal data for the purpose of administering the Competition and contacting you in relation to it.
You also consent to receiving emails from Landfolk with inspiration, offers, and information about holiday homes. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting hello@landfolk.com.
Landfolk processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
General
In the event of doubt or disagreement regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Landfolk shall determine the interpretation.
Landfolk is not responsible for any printing errors, technical issues, system failures, or other circumstances beyond its control that may prevent participation in the Competition.
In cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, Landfolk reserves the right to verify entries and exclude participants from the Competition.
Landfolk reserves the right to adjust these Terms & Conditions and make necessary technical adaptations related to the Competition at any time.
Landfolk reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted as creating any legal responsibility or liability for The LEGO Group in relation to the Competition.
The Competition is governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
