• Go through historic buildings of The Castillo de Guadalest and all the way up to the castle. The view over the mountains and a bright blue water reservoir is absolutely amazing.

• Visit the beautiful beach, Playa de la Granadella located in Jávea, that is often mentioned as one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. This sheltered beach lies in a cove with azure blue water and we highly recommend snorkeling among the rocks or renting a kayak to explore the coastline further.

• Take a hike on Cabo de San Antonio, an impressive cliff offering an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea.

• The area is surrounded by vineyards and local cellars, and offers plenty of tasting opportunities. Don't miss Montesanco or the family-run Casa Agrícola.

• Costa Blanca is home to several premier golf courses; we recommend Club de Golf Ifach or the scenic 27-hole course at La Sella Golf Resort.

• Wander among the colourful houses in the old town of Villajoyosa (or La vila as the locals call it).

• Take a slow walk along the seafront promenade in Moraira - it is especially beautiful at sunset.

• Stroll through the narrow, whitewashed streets of Altea’s old town, filled with flowers and the most beautiful sea view.

• Enjoy a peaceful walk through the rice fields and wetlands near Pego, a serene and often overlooked natural landscape.

• Spend an unhurried afternoon walking along one of the wide sandy beaches near Dénia, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the sea air.
