Stay close to the beach in Hals and experience the wonderful “private islands”

The DAKOTA summer house is located on a large plot surrounded by beautiful, tall trees and with a lovely, wild backyard. When you step inside, the heart of DAKOTA is the large living room with kitchen and living room, decorated in a calm, Scandinavian style. Sitting down at the dining table feels like being out in the open - here, the large windows facing the garden provide fantastic light and unobstructed views of the deer, pheasants and hares that visit daily.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal without skimping on equipment. The kitchen cupboards are stocked with good quality crockery and plenty of it to make a well laid table. And, of course, you'll find a Tripp Trapp high chair for the little ones.

In the living room, there's room to snuggle up on the big sofa with a good book from the bookcase, and the crackle of flames from the wood-burning stove sets the mood. The summer house also has three good bedrooms with quality mattresses, storage for clothes and a lovely view of the back garden where the sun rises.

The large bathroom gives the feeling of stepping into a wellness area with its large shower, whirlpool bath and the wonderful light. The utility room has also been thought of with a washing machine, tumble dryer and everything that goes with it.

The terrace door of the living room leads directly onto the large, newly built terrace, where you can spend many long summer evenings with good friends. The sandpit, fire pit and swing set can keep the kids entertained while the barbecue heats up and the chat goes on. Both in the cottage and in the surrounding area, there are plenty of activities to set the scene for a pleasant summer holiday. Hop on your bikes to the beach, take a walk on the harbour and enjoy the quiet days. By arrangement with Karina and Claus, it is possible to charge the electric car.
