The architect-designed summer house from 1972 was designed by Bjarne Nielsen and has been the setting for all the family's summer house trips since then. It has been continuously updated, but always with a focus on preserving the fine details and cozy cottage atmosphere.
Inside, there is a large open kitchen where you can enjoy the view of the water. The kitchen is new, and here you can prepare delicious meals that bring the family together. In the living room, you can light up the fireplace, play a game or enjoy the view of nature outside. From here you can also open up to the terrace and the garden that surrounds the cottage. There are six beds and the whole family will have a great place to sleep - the rooms are decorated with a focus on tranquillity and warm materials.
In the garden there are two terraces with garden furniture and a gas grill for summer meals, and in the shed you'll find fishing nets for crabbing in the harbor. The harbor and beach are only 2-300 meters away, and from the cottage's garden you can see all the way to fantastic Aarhus, the bay and on good days all the way to Samsø. The view is breathtaking at all hours of the day.

The summer house on Mols has always been in the family.
Our days in the cottage are spent crabbing, swimming, reading books, playing games or going for long walks - also in the 'mountains' at
Mols Bjerge National Park, and shopping and delicious ice cream in Ebeltoft is a regular tradition.
By the harbor is Skødshoved Badehotel, which serves delicious food and where you can buy delicious Italian specialties - including ice cream :-).
The beach and harbor are 200-300 meters away.

The cottage is located in a cottage settlement on a slope and has a beautiful sea view over the Aarhus Bay. The cozy vacation alange is situated village-like about 25 minutes by car from the nearest town. There is a small marina and a beautiful beach. In the area there are many historic farms and Stone Age sites. Unusual for Jutland is the very hilly landscape.
