The garden has a trampoline and a swing set, and there's plenty of stuff for outdoor play. King's play, ladder golf, badminton nets and soccer goals are ready to be put to use for summer fun and games. The garden is fenced in so you can bring your dog - your best friend, the dog, is of course welcome, but please don't lie on the furniture.
The cottage also comes with two inflatable canoes with room for three people in each. There are also two paddleboards, and you can spend many hours on or in the water. We are a family of five consisting of Jacob, Marlene and our 2 boys aged 9 and 15 - and our dog Cody. We live in Odense, and in 2015 we found a rough gem 100 meters from the water by the Limfjord on Mors. A small summer house that has become our sanctuary and where the summer house atmosphere embraces us from the moment we arrive. The daily routines are forgotten and the summer house memories begin with coziness in the house, playing in the garden, endless walks by the beach, experiences in the local area or lazing on the terrace. We have deliberately chosen to have a holiday home that is far away from where we live, because it makes us feel like we are going on vacation, even if we are just driving up for a weekend.
We take many walks by the beach when we are in our holiday home. The Limfjord offers many beautiful rocks, oyster and mussel shells that you can collect directly on the beach - and many hours are also spent catching crabs from the jetty.
Mors also offers many exciting experiences such as Hanklit, Molermuseet, where you can dig for your own fossils, Jesperhus or Skarregaard. In Nykøbing, you can also take a trip to the cinema or visit the cozy shops.
If you love mountain biking, there is the most beautiful track in the forest at Legind Bjerge with four routes totaling 43 km.
