Welcome to our lovely holiday home "Roligheden" at Lodskovvad. We are very keen that the house is personal, but without everything being too fancy. After all, it's a holiday home, and the most important thing is that you feel comfortable.
When we are in the cottage, we love to go for walks in the local area, for example to Råbjerg Mile or out to the west coast via the small paths. We also love to walk or cycle the route on the east coast all the way to Skagen. There are few people and it's very beautiful. The location of the cottage at Lodskovvad (15 km south of Skagen) allows you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets on both coasts.
The scent of heather and the sight of the many deer - is one of the first things that greets you.

The vacation home is in a beautiful location. The house is situated in a forest and has natural grounds where you can sit outside on one of the two wooden terraces and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Deer run right past the house. Our vacation with our two dogs was very relaxing, and we were able to go for walks or bike rides directly from the house. The area is beautiful. The house was well equipped and everything you need for everyday life, e.g., for cooking, was available. The landlords had great tips for tours in the area, there were fresh flowers on the table and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. However, it was not as clean as we had imagined. The grills urgently needed cleaning, so we didn't use them, the baking tray was very dirty, and the drains were blocked, so we had to clean them first. The seat cushions for the outdoor furniture were just stored outside in a bag, so they were no longer very nice or clean; a box would be more suitable.
