We are Peter and Annegrete and we are siblings. In 1975, our mother took over the Hamilton house, which is a family summer house in Gammel Skagen, built by the Swedish Count Hamilton back in 1929. Since our mother bought the summer house, it has been the setting for countless holidays in our family. Four years ago we took over the house, so we can happily continue to spend a lot of time here and create fantastic memories with the family, which now consists of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We love the fantastic surroundings, and the morning run often goes over the meadow to the sea mark and back through Gl. Skagen along the water. We also enjoy cycling out past the sandy church, out to the sand mile and home through the west-facing plantation by the North Sea, or out to the branch, which offers a sumptuous bird life. We use the town a lot and like to have a drink at Ruths Hotel or enjoy a nice dinner at Hyttefadet.
