Pia’s house is wonderful, especially the large living/dining/kitchen area (including a fireplace). This room has floor-to-ceiling windows running the entire length of the front (about 10 meters!): when you’re sitting comfortably inside, you feel as if you’re outside—with an unobstructed view of the green garden and the sea. Since it was the off-season, the entire vacation home community was very quiet. Pia gave us excellent tips on how to find our way around the house. Her suggestions for excursions in the immediate vicinity of the house were just as helpful. Take Pia’s advice—it’s worth it!! Faaborg (8 km away) is a lovely little town where you can find everything you need. The ferry rides to one of the islands off the coast of Faaborg are well worth it. It’s best to bring a bike or rent one. We had excellent communication with Pia via email. She answered our questions right away—often with a great sense of humor. Maybe we’ll get to meet her next time—farewell (Tschüss)

Very nice. Cozy interior. A bit chilly in the fall, but it can be heated. Lovely location close to Lake Fladen and the ocean.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy little cottage and felt completely at home. We especially loved the great location—both the forest and the ocean are very close by, and the town is within easy walking distance. We were there with our two dogs and really enjoyed our time together. 🐾 The cottage is very well-equipped and really has everything you need. We also found it especially convenient to be able to wash and dry our laundry. Overall, it was a very pleasant, relaxed, and restful stay. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. We highly recommend it! 😊
